Rosie is a smaller, sweet girl. She can be a bit nervous/ wary at times so for this reason she would be best suited to a quieter household. When out with volunteers Rosie is a pleasure to walk, she is very easy going. Rosie needs someone who will help her confidence grow.
ABBY (Outback Abigail)

Abby is a smaller, gentle girl who loves her cuddles and playtime. She is friendly with people and dogs and is a happy girl when out and about on walks. Abby is a sweet natured girl who would make someone a great companion. She loves to be snuggled up especially on the colder days.
HARRY (Boomerang Henry) DoB Sept 2018

Harry is a lovely boy but in many ways not your typical greyhound!
Harry has had a number of homes due to his challenging behavior.
He now needs a forever home where he will be the only dog, and with no young children.

BO (Kanturk Mills)

Bo is an easy going, gentle natured boy who walks nicely on the lead when out and about with volunteers. He loves receiving any sort of attention and is an extremely affectionate boy who would be happy with cuddles all day and night. Bo is confident in new situations and when meeting new people – he doesn’t seem to let anything phase him when out on his adventures. He really would make a great companion for someone.
TREVOR (Good Top Boy)

SALLY (Dal Princess)

Sally is a calmer, easy going girl who loves nothing more then being around people. Volunteers report that she walks nicely when out and about on her adventures. She would make a great companion for someone wanting infinite cuddles! Sally appears confident in new situations/ meeting new people.
MARVIN (Russmur Mountain)

Marvin is quite the character, he loves going out for walks and when out and about enjoys taking in all of the smells and sights. He can be quite an excitable boy, often on a mission to get on his walk. Marvin enjoys playtime and cuddles.
BRUCE (Speedy Glacisboy)

Sunny is a bigger, strong willed boy, He loves going out for walks with volunteers who report him to be an easy boy to walk. Sunny loves cuddles, playing and napping. He loves meeting other dogs and people whilst he is out and is quite a sociable boy.
JACK (Kanturk Fuisce)

Jack is a big, black, lovable boy. He loves his cuddles and going out for walks with volunteers who report that he walks nicely when out and about. He can be a playful boy, excitable initially but calming down quickly, especially after receiving his cuddles. Jack would make a great companion for someone.
IGGY (Ignition)

Iggy is an extremely wary girl, she is scared of new people and situations. She does come around after a while, it just takes her time to feel comfortable. When Iggy settles she can be very boisterous and playful. She loves other dogs (seems to look to them for confidence), however another dog in the household is not essential. Iggy really would make someone a great companion once she got to know them.
STEVE (Slaheny Sandy)

Steve is a bold character and confident in new situations, He seems to take everything in his stride and loves nothing more then attention and cuddles which he’d have all day if it was possible. He loves to be involved in everything he possibly can and will always find a way to grab your attention.
CHARLIE (Hollyoak Chilli)

Charlie is a cheeky girl and she loves to be involved in everything you are doing. She has a special love for cuddles and playing with fluffy toys – although they don’t last long! Charlie is confident in new situations and loves nothing more then having your full attention.
BENNY (Boardwalk Benny)

Benny is an outgoing boy and doesn’t seem to let anything faze him. He appears to be confident in new situations and when meeting new people. Benny enjoys going for walks with volunteers who report he is quite enthusiastic to be out and about. He is a character who is usually full of beans and he would make a great companion/ source of entertainment for someone!
BAXTER (Do It Bill)

PERCY (Thornhill Percy)

Percy is a shy boy who usually takes a few meets to warm up to you. He can get quite anxious when in larger groups of people so for this reason he would be better suited to a quieter household. Percy walks proudly when out and about, often on a mission only he knows about. He is a big fan of cuddles and getting the much deserved attention.
